Dr. Krista Lynes provides a review how the body works, explaining how the body works and which parts of your anatomy come into play when you carry your baby in a carrier. Including impacts as a result of pregnancy. A discussion of the ergonomics of babywearing and it’s impact on the human body will be outlined, and then we will examine different ways of strengthening the body to improve and strengthen your body in the post-partum period. As Krista is herself a mother, her suggestions are realistic and are simple to apply to anyone’s daily or weekly routine.
