Along with offering chiropractic care, Dr. Krista leverages her experience as a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor to create private yoga curricula and individual classes for patients who express interest. A discussion of the ergonomics of babywearing and it’s impact on the human body will be outlined, and then we will examine different ways of strengthening the body to improve and strengthen your body in the post-partum period.
